Why leave Excel?
Excel works until you have to send 80 statements on the 1st of the month. Lumo Condo automates generation, delivery, and late-fee collection. What used to take three days closes in three hours.
Does it work with NCF and DGII?
Yes. Lumo Condo issues NCF, supports e-Factura, and produces the reports DGII expects. It is designed for Dominican administrators, not translated from a foreign product.
What if my condo only has 10 units?
The Starter plan ($29/mo) covers up to 50 units in one condo. As you grow, move to Pro with no data migration.
How long does setup take?
A typical condo is live in under a week. We help with owner and unit imports. Enterprise includes assisted onboarding.
Can I bill in DOP and USD?
Yes. Each condo defines its base currency, and you can bill and collect in DOP or USD. FX rate is configurable.
Where is data stored?
Hosted on AWS in us-east-1 with TLS 1.3 in transit and AES-256 at rest. Encrypted backups every day, 30-day retention.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Subscriptions are monthly and you can cancel at any time. We deliver a full data export.
